3 Tips on Having a Clean and Healthy Home

Cleanliness becomes a very hot issue nowadays. Most of the people nowadays already know that a clean house also means that it is a healthy house. A dirty house will reflected millions of germs and bacteria in some spots of the house that waiting to infect the home owners. Germs and bacteria can live at least two hours or longer in tables and couches.

The quality of indoor air is also become one of the effect of the unhealthy houses. Lou Manfredini, the expert of home improvement said that homeowners often complain about poor indoor qualities which lead to headaches, dry eyes and fatigue, asthma and allergy attacks.

Here are some tips that you can do to let you breathe easier in your home:

1.       Control the source. Keep pets outside whenever possible; wash all bedding weekly in hot water; and don’t allow anyone to smoke indoors.

2.       Invest in an air purifier. “You will notice a significant change in your breathing and overall well-being, and recognize the worth of this investment immediately,” said Manfredini.

3.       Check and replace. Good maintenance and ventilation are important for keeping indoor air pollution under control.
